Hiking/Trail Running

Graining Block Hub is located within a few miles of the  of the Sheltowee Trace .  The Sheltowee is Kentucky’s only National Scenic Trail and the Red River Gorge has some of the best sections the 300 mile long trail has to offer.  In addition, The Red is home to some of the best trail running anywhere.

Paddling – Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Canoeing, Kayaking

Graing Block Hub is less than 5 minutes from Mill Creek Lake which is perfect for Stand Up Paddle boards, kayaking, fishing or just floating and enjoying the natural beauty of the lake.  A few more minutes can put you on the Red River (level dependent) itself, a National Wild and Scenic River or the North Fork of the Kentucky river.  Both are great for paddling trips and exploration.
